About Energy Centers/Chakras

Your Energy Field (aura) is comprised of Energy from your Essence (or higher self, soul, over soul, wider self, spirit - however you refer to it) which is created by your 8 physical Energy Centers (sometimes called chakras). These Energy Centers radiate and generate the Energy Field (aura) that surrounds your physical form. Your 8 physical Energy Centers are the motivating/influencing force within consciousness that manifests all of your physical expressions and manifestations. The Energy your Energy Centers emanate/radiate, creates what you generate physically.

You have 8 physical Energy Centers and 3 non-physical. Your physical Energy Centers are Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Pink, Blue, Indigo, and Purple. They correspond with the notes E, F, D, C, F#, G, B and A respectively. Your 3 non-physical Energy Centers are White, Magenta, and Black. These non-physical Energy Centers connect to other areas of consciousness.

What is an Energy/Chakra Treatment?

An Energy/Chakra Treatment is a directed energetic connection to your Energy Centers (sometimes called chakrahs) in an action of communicating, soothing, opening, aligning, and expansion. It sometimes involves my interpretation of what your Energy Centers are communicating. I relay these to you as "messages." An Energy/Chakra Treatment facilitates connecting to and experiencing your own Energy, recognizing and returning it to your inherent energetic harmony. It begins with a “letting go” of stress and relaxing, but transforms into experiencing being 'present' and in balance with yourself. Separation between different aspects of yourself - the inner self (subjective) and the outer self (objective) - are encouraged to become One again. I liken it to tuning an instrument to release its Melody Masterpiece.

How you benefit from an Energy/Chakra Treatment

When your Energy is open and flowing freely you are working with your easiest Conscious Creation tool. In any circumstance you are able to direct your Energy consciously and choose your actions in alignment with your intentions. Rather than feeling like a stretched-to-the-limit rubber band, you are soft and flexible, able to navigate your life decisively, and to easily alter your course when desired and/or appropriate. And best, you are open to allowing everything you want!

What you do during an Energy/Chakra Treatment

Relax. Yes, it's that simple. Relax.

For a Remote Energy/Chakra Treatment:  At your scheduled session time, you simply lay or sit down with your eyes closed, and relax. You may like to take a few deep breaths. Some people like to wear earplugs. I also suggest you turn off your phone(s). You may want to dim the lights, light some candles, chant some favorite affirmations, say a prayer, or any other ritual(s) that will help you to relax and ensure your feeling of comfort. You may want to keep a pen and paper nearby to jot down notes of your experience. Afterwards, please email me of your experience.

After your Remote Energy/Chakra Treatment I will email you of my experience. Please don't read it until you've written and sent me yours! It's usually very fun, interesting, surprising, and even revealing when our notes are compared. Don't let your curiosity get the best of you and diminish that! Besides, neither of us want the other's experience to color our own.

For an In-Person Energy/Chakra Treatment:
I will have you do pretty much the same as in a Remote Energy/Chakra Treatment, except it will take place in my office or an agreed upon location. Afterwards we'll share our experiences with each other.

The experience
of an Energy/Chakra Treatment

Most individuals feel some type of physical sensation during a Treatment. They may feel like someone is stroking or kneading their Energy, or as if someone is curiously exploring their Energy. Individual experiences differ widely, but almost everyone experiences a feeling of very deep relaxation, widening, alertness, 'presence', personal power and balance. Energy pulsations, warmth, rapid relaxation, a deep meditative state, a peeling away of resistance, a letting go of stress, and a feeling of completeness and power are common experiences. Some individuals have other sensations and experiences as the Energy/Chakra Treatment itself is directed by each individual. Depending upon your allowance, you may also experience lucid visualizations, inner knowing (ah-Ha! moments), a letting go of limitations, auditory messages from your Essence, connections to other lives (focuses), and the expanding of your Energy Centers and your Energy Field. You may connect to your Energy through the physical senses of vision, hearing, feeling, taste, and/or smell. Some people experience it as a waking dream; some perceive a wider view (the BIG picture); some re-live memories and reach an understanding of its benefit; some clarify issues; some simply fall into a deep rejuvenating sleep. Many times perceived obstacles and challenges are shed, and a sense of clarity is experienced. Your attention is shifted from limitations to possibilities. An Energy/Chakra Treatment is unique to each individual and each individual’s experience is completely their own. Therefore, for each individual - and for each session - it is uniquely your own.

Feel the effects
of an Energy/Chakra Treatment

Most individuals feel some type of physical interaction during a Treatment. People who are very open will begin to feel the interaction sometimes days before, and will feel it for days afterward. Ultimately, the interaction begins when the choice is made and peaks during the actual session.

How often should you have an Energy/Chakra Treatment?

As often as you like! Once you are familiar with your own Energy you will find it quite easy to notice when your Energy Centers are not moving in harmony, when you're not playing your Melody Masterpiece. At first you may want sessions more frequently as you begin to explore your own Energy. And you may want to regularly schedule Energy/Chakra Treatments simply because they are a beneficial and pleasant experience.
